Bio

Mr. Jenkins joined Georgia Arrhythmia Consultants & Research Institute in 2021. After completing an undergraduate degree in music management at Georgia State University, he went onto serve in the US Army. Subsequently, he worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic for Henry County, GA and as a Flight Medic for the Air Methods Corp. While providing care at the community level, he also served as a Paramedic on the National Disaster Management Team, GA-3, where he deployed with US Federal Health and Human Services to disasters, events, many other facets supported by The US Operational Prepardeness of Emergency Operations. He completed nursing undergraduate classes at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, followed by an RN to MSN program where received his Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Alabama at Birmingham. As an RN, he worked as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit nurse. Prior to GACRI, he worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Infectious Diseases. He is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
